Paper, Poster and Workshop Submissions

Completed papers, poster abstracts and workshop proposals should be submitted on-line. The conference initials ACMC and up to six characters of the author's surname (plus extension .doc) should be used as the file name for the main document, e.g. ACMC_myname.doc

Include a brief biography as a separate document (150 words maximum), naming it ACMC_BIO_myname.doc

Technical requirements and any other support material should be included in a third file ACMC_TECH_myname.doc

When logged in, upload your submission and supporting documents by selecting Submissions -> Submit File and following the prompts.

Uploading the same file twice will overwrite the previous file! Maximum file size 2MB!

Music Submissions

Submit a brief biography (150 words maximum), and technical requirements with any other support material on-line as two separate documents following the same naming convention and submission process as outlined above.

Send one copy of CDs, DVDs or other material which is part of your music submission or workshop proposal to the address below. Clearly label discs with your NAME and TITLE of the piece.
