The conference will be held at The Sydney Conservatorium of Music, located on Macquarie St, opposite the junction with Bridge Street. It is next to the Royal Botanic Gardens and the gates to Government House. It is easily accessible by public transport. There is no public parking on the site, howerver there is a short stay drop off point for disabled patrons and deliveries.
If arriving in Sydney from overseas you will land at the Sydney International terminal of the Kingsford Smith Airport, otherwise, you will land at the Domestic terminal. There is a railway link from the airport to Central station. The single adult fare from Sydney International Airport to Sydney Central station is A$13.80 (as of January 2008). The trip to the CBD should take 10-15 minutes. It is possible to get off the train at Circular Quay station, which is the nearest to the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Alternatively go to Wynyard, Martin Place stations. You can take connecting trains busses or ferries from Circular Quay or Central station to another destination.
Sydney Airporter charges A$12 from Sydney International Airpport to central Sydney, Kings Cross and Darling Harbour with the airport shuttle bus. The trip takes about 25 minutes, longer in heavy traffic conditions.
